Time Stretch adjusts the playback speed of music tracks so that the last track of the hour ends exactly at the end of the hour (or at the end of the following hour, if Target is set accordingly). Changing the track speed does not affect its pitch. To see hour boundaries in the playlist, you can enable Hour separation markers in the playlist window.
To use the feature, in the top menus select Tools -> Time stretch.

In the Time Stretch window, you can adjust limits on how much tracks can be sped up or slowed down (Min/Max). The speed adjustment will not be applied if the required change falls outside the specified percentage range, unless the Always apply option is checked. In that case, the speed change will be applied, capped by the Min and Max settings.
Target specifies which hour boundary Time Stretch should align to when adjusting playback speed.
•Top of the next hour - adjusts speed so the last track finishes exactly at the start of the next hour.
•Top of the hour after next - adjusts speed so the last track finishes at the start of the hour after next.
When a speed adjustment is applied, you can see it in the # column in the playlist: a percentage is shown next to the track's number, e.g., "1. [+4.5%]", which means the track will play faster by 4.5%.
To achieve better (and more precise) results when using this feature, it is recommended to process the music tracks - Mix Point, and Trim Silence at least.
